Class Options
Screenwise terms run Saturday Mornings for 8 weeks each during school terms.
Holiday Intensives run for 3 straight days each school holidays.
Students will learn how to break down a scene, build a character, master audition and screen tests through to script reading, improvisation, presenting and devising scenes – the perfect training ground for young aspiring actors.
Screenteens features a number of tutors each of whom bring their own skills and specialties to their classes and is designed so students can partake in the course multiple times and encounter new material and lessons, gaining new skills each time.
Screenteen tutors are committed and dedicated to developing dynamic and confident performers and have extensive professional teaching and industry experience.
Graduates of Screenteens have auditioned and appeared in some of Australia’s leading film and TV series such as Puberty Blues, Home and Away, Tomorrow When The War Began, All Saints, The December Boys, H2O and Blue Water High.
Headshots of Screenteens who are currently attending acting classes (and are not represented by an agent) are kept on file and submitted to casting consultants for audition consideration whenever there is a suitable Film or TV series being cast. Thanks to referrals from Screenwise, many of our students are now represented by some of Sydney’s top Acting Agencies.
