Matthew Walker

Actor

Immediately after graduating, Matthew was cast in a leading role in a new channel 7 series Headland which filmed for two seasons (eighty-four one-hour episodes) and screened prime time in Australia and the UK. Matt has recently had leading roles on television in The Cut for ABC and Legend of the Seeker for Disney USA; and in the film The Children of the Silk Road which filmed in China and Australia. On stage Matt has appeared for Bell Shakespeare Company in Romeo and Juliet, Griffin Theatre Company in Colder and in the recent production of Bug, and Sydney Theatre Company in Midsummer Nights Dream.

In 2010, Matt played Justin Jefferies on Home and Away and filmed the mini-series Rake for ABC starring Richard Roxburgh and Hugo Weaving.
