Screenteens Acting Course – Places are filling fast!

Sep 28, 2015 | Screenwise Presents

The next round of Screenteens commences 17 October.

The Screenteens Acting Course is designed specifically for young adults between 12 years and 16 years old. Screenteens aims to teach young adults the professional screen acting techniques that are essential for moving into the Film & TV industry.

Students will learn how to break down a scene, build a character, find the truth in performing, use props, take direction, master continuity and act in front of the camera each week- all within a fun, yet professional learning environment.

Our tutors are high profile professional actors, who work closely with students in small boutique classes providing them the best industry advice and acting tuition on offer.

Headshots of Screenteens who are currently attending acting classes ( and are not represented by an agent) are kept on file and submitted to casting consultants for consideration for an audition whenever there is a suitable Film or TV series being cast.

Graduates of Screenteens have auditioned and appeared in some of Australia’s leading film and TV series such as Puberty Blues, Home and Away, Tomorrow When The World Began, All Saints, The December Boys, H2O and Blue Water High.

Thanks to referrals from Screenwise, many of our students are now represented by some of Sydney’s top Acting Agencies.

Screenteens acting classes run in conjunction with school terms each Saturday morning, with one class per week over an 8-week period- making it the perfect course for you. No audition is required. Places are strictly limited.

Terms and Conditions: There are no refunds or transfers to other courses
