Veteran Australian actor John Jarratt is widely known for his chilling portrayal of psychopath Mick Taylor in Wolf Creek 1 & 2. Hailed by Tarantino as ‘his favourite Aussie actor’, John Jarratt also appears in a small role in his DJango Unchained movie.
Jarratt is one of Australia’s most popular working actors moving seamlessly from features to television on a regular basis. John Jarrett is currently teaching short courses at Screenwise acting school in Sydney.
He also appeared in the seminal Australian movies Picnic at Hanging Rock and The Odd Angry Shot. He has been a familiar face on Australia’s TV screens since the late 70s including A Country Practice, Play School and Better Homes & Gardens.
